I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, with individuals, couples, and families experiencing different challenges. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you, and to walk together to heal, to unlock your potential, and to achieve your goals. Being from a different country has become a strength in my practice to naturally be culturally sensitive in my sessions and to have more meaningful interactions with my clients of different backgrounds.
I incorporate mindfulness practices and evidenced-based techniques to offer an integrative and holistic approach to healing and personal transformation. I have specialized experience in working with people struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, low self-esteem, or difficulty navigating life transitions.
With deep knowledge of the therapeutic process, I foster a safe and non-judgemental environment for exploration of your most difficult challenges. My approach incorporates different modalities that are strength-based, client-centered, and mindful based to help you live a meaningful life and create lasting personal changes.
