In individual counseling my approach is to provide a safe environment where I not only support and encourage you but also help you to challenge yourself, so that you may grow and make these positive changes.
For 30 years I have worked as a clinical and forensic psychologist providing therapy, consultation, and forensic evaluations. My various experiences have enhanced my skills as an individual therapist as it has strengthened my compassion and provided me with a unique skill of being able to view issues from various lenses and design creative solutions.
