After the loss of a loved one
Losing a loved one is one of the most challenging experiences in life. It can feel unfair and devastating, like losing a part of yourself and having to learn how to function without it. You may feel like other people cannot understand what you are going through and that adds a feeling of isolation to the pain of grieving. This group provides a space to process with the presence and support of others that are going through the same and can understand you. You don't have to do this alone.
My Other Groups
Hormonal changes, hot flashes, mood swings, sensitivity, lack of libido, poor sleep, changes in weight, thinning hair. On top of that you have to deal with "that look" from spouses or family members. Menopause can make you feel isolated, emotional and frustrated. Having a space to discuss coping strategies and feel understood and heard by other women dealing with peri, post or in menopause can make a world of a difference. Add to that a professional facilitator and some scientific techniques like EMDR and you may find that this time in life can be a time of joy and growth
Being be the perfect parent, making a career, staying fit and keeping your weight, being a good friend and making your parents proud...and what about YOU? If you are juggling different roles and looking for ways to reconnect with who you really are and recover your zest for life, you may find tremendous value in this group where judgements are left at the door and you can find yourself in the mirror of others going through the same
