It is very hard to feel safe and grounded in this uncertain world. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who uses humor and compassion when providing the support, understanding and empathy necessary to help you with your emotions . Anxiety, depression, communication concerns or living with a cancer diagnosis are areas in which I specialize. I use a variety of different treatment methods to best serve each individual situation. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative, Psychodynamic and Mindfulness.
My clients have described me as warm, empathic, authentic and non-judgemental. My office is a safe and relaxed space for us to engage in conversations of meaning. The goal of counseling is to help you feel that these unexpected life events can be resolved by proactive methods. I think of myself as a supportive guide who can assist you to be your true self.
