Dr. Patti Price is a doctoral-level psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting patients with eating disorders, particularly anorexia nervosa and other related conditions. She specializes in both newly identified and persistent cases for whom traditional approaches have not produced meaningful or lasting change.
Dr. Price welcomes patients with a broad range of diagnoses, but feels particularly called to those with deep ambivalence about both treatment and recovery. When possible and agreed upon by the patient, Dr. Price includes sessions with parents, partners, and other involved family members.
Now licensed in 44 states, Dr. Price moved to a "virtual-only" platform in the Summer of 2026. This allows for continuation of care, if patients leave for college or careers in other states. Dr. Price is in-network nationally with Medica, Optum, UHC, BCBS, and many other non-government insurance programs. She also accepts cash.
Dr. Price deeply understands that eating disorders are complex and highly individualized, and she treats them each as such.
