I work with individuals—adults and children—to help them find their way through whatever challenges life has presented. I use symbolic approaches (dreams, sand, play) as well as EMDR, a specialized trauma-treatment that assists the brain in healing itself. I also work with aging and meaning-making, preferring an approach of spiritual depth.
I believe each person's life presents the particular challenges needed for healing and wholeness in their life. Hence, healing comes through the client and I am a container and a reflector of this healing process.
