My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance. I take a holistic, attachment-based and trauma-informed approach to treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, marital and family conflict, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, and parenting challenges.
My experience includes working with adults, couples, teens, children and families with a variety of challenges. I specialize in the treatment of teens, family conflict, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment. I work collaboratively with you to process experiences, build coping strategies, and work on healthy communication and relationships.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. Throughout the therapy process, I will explore what is most important to you, and check-in to see if counseling is working for you. My hope is that when therapy ends, you have achieved greater levels of confidence, self-awareness and ability to cope with difficult life experiences.
