Your first session will always be offered within 7 days, and guiding you to your "best self" is my priority. As owner of practice Whole Wellness Services, I have designed a treatment team of experts that are solution focused and utilize evidence based practices while retaining a holistic philosophy. Individuals that come to us for therapy are looking for help with getting to a more joyful place and alleviating symptoms or behaviors that may be holding them back from doing so.
We offer a range of therapeutic modalities and utilize a team of therapists that specialize in their own areas. We often treat the following concerns and disorders: high stress, emotional disturbances, family/couples conflict, trauma/PTSD, addictions (including food addiction) anxiety, depression, career exploration, loss of life direction, low self-esteem.
Taking the first step to come to therapy can be intimidating and complicated. We make your experience as easy and affordable as possible. We operate 7 days per week both AM/PM, and clients never need to wait longer than 7 days for their first session. “Master Your Negative Energy; An Anxiety Management Group” This group will help you to learn and put into practice a variety of anxiety coping tools, as well as identify and eliminate anxiety triggers before symptoms arise. You will better understand the physical aspects of anxiety and offset their effects. This group will also show you ways in which you can harness unavoidable anxious energy and channel it into a positive outcome; elevated performance and focus.
