I am dedicated to providing compassionate therapy for adults aged 18 and older, and I welcome the opportunity to work with couples and families. My specialties include grief work, codependency, and establishing healthy boundaries, along with mindfulness and relaxation techniques to promote well-being. I practice CBT and have training in Multisystemic Family Therapy and Functional Family Therapy.
