Hi, I’m Patricia. I’m a trauma therapist who specializes in working with immigrants, adult children of immigrants, and survivors of childhood trauma. As a bilingual, bicultural therapist, I understand the complexity of navigating identity, belonging, and intergenerational patterns.

I also integrate CBT, mindfulness, positive psychology, and interpersonal psychotherapy approaches as needed.
