I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) psychotherapist. I have been providing treatment for more than 23 years to a diverse population in the New York area. I work with adults and the senior population, helping them with Individual, couple, and family therapy. The office is conveniently located near public transportation, offering extended hours to schedule appointments from 11 am to 8 pm during the weekdays.
My approach to work is based on my extended experience using different techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy to a psycho-dynamic theory. The treatment is tailored to each client's needs and strengths to help the person to recover from the emotional as well as social distress caused by symptoms.
