I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change starts with a strong, collaborative connection. My journey into therapy began with a curiosity about human resilience and a strong desire to help others find strength through life’s challenges. Working with trauma survivors has shown me the power people have to overcome their most difficult experiences.
In our work together, I’ll combine empathy with validation to help you identify your own strengths, discover your own resilience, and discover that you have the power to make positive change.
