As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC II). I am trained as a skilled helper with an Integrative Therapy approach as well as using Cognitive Behavior Therapy when applicable.
Being a safe place to process through whatever brings someone into counseling is key. Building a relationship of trust and safety is my goal in every encounter. When you feel safe, you will share your experiences and ideas, develop confidence, and begin the healing process. I also provide telehealth, and most insurance covers this as an in person session.
