As a Licensed Psychotherapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, I integrate a holistic perspective into my work. I have a particular passion for working with trauma and eating disorders, chronic illness, and sexual wellness. My psychoanalytic approach is shaped by more than 20 years of experience working as an advocate for survivors of sexual assault and supporting marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, women, and under-served populations. This work deeply informed my commitment to creating safe, inclusive therapeutic spaces.

In addition to my clinical training, I hold a certification in trauma-informed yoga, which allows me to integrate somatic practices into the healing process. By combining body-based awareness with psychodynamic insight, I help clients access deeper layers of resilience, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of safety and empowerment.

Feeling the stress, over-work and fatigue of the holidays? We understand that women bare the brunt of holiday planning, gift-giving and cooking and want to help! Join us on Sundays during December and January for breath work, somatics, and self care. Led by a licensed professional counselor and certified somatic yoga instructor this group will leave you feeling relaxed and energized as you navigate the holidays. This 5 week group session runs from Dec 15 2024 -Jan 5, 2025, 12-1:30pm. Cost is $30 per week ($120) or $100 if paid in advance.
