It takes a lot of courage to start looking for a therapist. You or your loved one might be experiencing a pain that you don't know how to overcome. Whether it is sadness that won't go away, fear, or simply a tough time dealing with life's issues, its time to work on it. That's what brought you here. You realize it might be a phase, but maybe it hasn't improved even after talking to friends and family about it. It's hard to carry this on your own, and you are ready for change. You might not be sure how, or with whom, but you are ready. So proud of you and your courage.

As a licensed therapist, I work with couples that need a reset in their relationship. They may not have the tools to have healthy conflict resolution but definitely need to experience change in order to move forward together. I offer faith based support and can offer sessions in English or Spanish.

Walking in your shoes hasn't been easy, I know that. I am here to listen, to share the burden, and walk this experience with you. I will help guide you through this challenging time and help you reconnect with your partner.
