My approach is mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy mixed with Client Centered Therapy. I develop and individualized program for each client that provides support and stepping stones in achieving a better quality of life. Therapy is provided in a relaxed environment that enables the client to bring forth a variety of issues without fear of being judged. I accept and work with clients right where their at.
Most of us experience a time in our lives when we feel stuck and are in need of extra support to help move us forward. Talking with a trained listener helps alleviate emotional distress and helps you find balance in life.
I offer you an opportunity to face your difficulties constructively and confidently; freeing you to enjoy all the good things life has to offer. Don't wait another minute. Give me a call.
