I have over thirty years of experience working with veterans with combat trauma and military sexual trauma. In addition, I deal with PTSD, anxiety, grief issues (divorce and loss). My focus is on health and wellness, mind-body-spirit.
Trauma and loss can affect our lives including relationships and personal experiences. My practice is to educate clients in understanding PTSD, find ways to heal and develop better coping methods. My approach is to create a safe, nonjudgemental place in which clients can feel comfortable. I try to help each client reach his/her goals.
