I have had much success over the years, working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds. As your therapist, I strive to see all aspects of you: emotional, mental, physical, familial, social, spiritual. Every person has a life story. To tell that story and be deeply heard by a compassionate, supportive person, with no judgment, is an important part of therapy, bringing a sense of immediate connection and relief, and sustained positive change.
I adapt my approach as necessary (talk, family systems, cognitive behavioral). I sometimes use breathing techniques and guided meditation. This helps with anxiety, depression, brain fog, and stress.
