What is important is you are looking for someone to meet you where you are, extend out their hand and say; "I'm here, and I will walk along this path with you in the way you need. You are safe." With so many therapy types available, you may wonder which is best. It matters far less which specific style is applied over the importance of the therapeutic relationship. What does that mean? It means I am fully present with you in order to build connection, establish trust, and build rapport for your healing. Creating this space is my area of expertise.
