Being in private practice for 29 years as a psychotherapist/coach my areas of expertise include: pre/postpartum depression adjustment support, blended family adjustment, parenting support, co-dependency, panic/anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and depression. I work with individuals and couples . In addition to my areas of expertise; I have been a speaker, conducted groups and seminars on career/education, workplace stress, addictions, emotional/stress eating, postpartum depression, and relationships.

My goal for clients is provide a richer, fuller appreciation of an individual's surroundings through overall acceptance of mind, body and spirit. My role is to provide a safe and secure environment that can facilitate long-term positive changes and growth for clients through the collaborative relationship that evolves between my clients and myself.

My clients find me to be supportive, nurturing, and insightful. Clients share that they feel safe and supported to explore their most difficult life concerns. My goal with clients is to facilitate and explore patterns of behavior and obstacles to a happier life as an individual or a couple.
