Safety is the utmost concern I have for you. During your first session, I will provide you the safety you need in order to develop curiosity and a deeper understanding of yourself. With curiosity and motivation, you will develop a strong desire to make changes leading to a more pleasing and beneficial life. During the session, I will gather some background information that will help both of us to understand any contributing factors that lead to your presenting problem.
There will be times in therapy when I will confront you and you will confront me. At the end of our session, I will ask you if you think we are a match. If the answer is no, I will give you a referral. At the end of your session, I will ask you if you think we are a match. If not I will give you a referral.
Again, safety is important for you to grow and make changes and trust the process of therapy. There are no judgments or criticisms. I do not look at things as right or wrong. After each session, I will ask you what you are feeling and what have you learned about yourself today that you never knew before.

Tuesday Psychodynamic Mixed Gender Group
Tuesday (7 pm to 9 pm) two-hour group with 8 members, working through issues relating to personality changes, relationship issues, intimacy development, sexual issues, communication skills, stress management, and career change. Each group also address depression and anxiety; groups are long-standing and very cohesive. Members all have a commitment to themselves and to their fellow group members to facilitate major personality changes. Group fee is $65.
