Patricia Lotterman
Counselor, MEd, LMHC, DCMHS
Are you struggling in your relationships? Do you feel "not good enough"? Do you think you don't even know HOW to have fulfilling relationships? I work with individuals and couples so that they can communicate more effectively, create more satisfying relationships, and feel better in their own skin. It can be especially challenging to maintain healthy relationships and self esteem if your are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, parenting, a high pressured job, or a recent loss. I can help.
I have advanced training in couples therapy/relationship empowerment and have trained and certified with Terry Real, author of The New Rules of Marriage and How Can I Get Through To You. With 16+ years as a yoga instructor and massage therapist, I am attuned to the mind/body connection.
I collaborate with my clients to determine what will be most useful in our work together, whether cognitive-behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), stress management techniques, couples counseling, or some combination thereof.
