Hi, I'm Patricia. I am a licensed Marriage, Family Therapist with extensive experience working with clients to achieve the best version of themselves. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I meet you where you currently are in your life and circumstance, in a non-judgment compassionate manner to guide you in achieving your definition of happiness. I enjoy working with adults in various phases of life with varying degrees of anxiety and depression. I have been providing therapy online for many years, and I appreciate this modality as it allows more clients to participate in treatment due to its convenience.
I approach individuals from a Family Systems perspective, meaning I view individuals in the context of their role in the family of origin. This view helps me uncover patterns that continue in adulthood that may no longer serve the client. Since every client is different, I utilize various tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I have always wanted to help people, which is why I have been in Mental Health my entire career. As a therapist, I have the privilege of "holding" my client's stories while they work through their concerns and issues. I take this work very seriously, as I know how difficult it can be to address one's problems.
