My clinical experience includes helping individuals, adults, and couples with issues relating to anxiety, depression, life changes, stress management, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, and communication skills. In addition to these areas I has extensive knowledge and practice in assessment and diagnostics having had an intensive experience practicing in a highly regarded assessment and evaluation program in New York and developing an assessment and evaluation program at a RTC in Oregon. During my free time I enjoy kayaking with my family, hiking with my dogs, and getting coffee with friends.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at the University of Denver School of Social Work. I have practiced in a broad range of outpatient and residential treatment settings for more than 20 years and has experience as clinician, supervisor, and administrator. Trained in Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Family System Therapy, and more.
