The most important thing I have learned from twenty years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is the power of relationships to transform lives. Connecting to your lived experience allows me to respond to your needs in a meaningful and productive way. Currently, I offer online services only and have succeeded in creating a virtual environment where you feel safe; accepted; and able to express yourself freely, take emotional risks, and challenge the mindsets that hold you back. Together, we will achieve your goals.
I work with individuals and families across all life stages and cultural contexts; and my clinical strengths are post-traumatic growth, anxiety, family of origin, change, identity development, suicide prevention, and parenting. My experience with the concerns and wellness needs of active military, veterans, and their families is extensive.
My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and wellness focused. I look to inspire hope and help you fully engage in the therapeutic process. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to support trauma recovery. My clients should expect that achievements made in sessions are sustainable outside sessions and beyond our time together.
