I offer empathy, respect, relatability, and warmth but will also challenge you to work through hard truths and feelings when needed.
Therapy can sometimes be difficult, but the destination is worth the hard work. Fear of the unknown can stop people from getting the help they need, but you do not have to struggle alone. Change is possible at any age, so it is never too late to seek help and start on your own personal journey of hope and healing.
I received my BA from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville and my MSW from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. My diverse background includes work with Child Protective Services, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), inpatient crisis management, geriatric social services, hospice, and sexual trauma and domestic violence.
