I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adults navigate their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. My specialties include depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. To support my clients, I use a variety of approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma healing and recovery.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Work from the University of the District of Columbia and my Master of Science (MS) in Social Services from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Additionally, I completed a Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
