My specialities include working with people that struggle with relational issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and trauma. I love working with couples to help them find a better way to enhance their relationship. I am trained in EFT for couples. Additional training in AEDP, Brainspotting, and CSRT.
