It is my job as a therapist to educate, support and guide my clients on their journey to self discovery and growth. It's important to me to focus on my clients strengths and what is important to them. I am a firm believer in meeting a client where they are. Be gentle with yourself, you are doing the best you can. Over the past 20 years, I’ve been very fortunate to have worked in a wide variety of clinical settings that have included inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient mental health, mobile mental health, WRAP services, psychiatric rehabilitation and case management services. I have gained knowledge and experience working with a wide variety of disorders.
