Hello, My passion in life is children! I have supported children and families in vast modalities for more than 20 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and an educator. I specialize in working with young children through early adolescence. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation and trauma. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and also use a variety of treatment modalities incorporating my love of the arts, music, theatre and dance. I provide individual, family and group counseling for children ages 4 to 16. I believe in meeting children and families "where they are at", building on their strengths and unique abilities. I have provided psychotherapy for symptom related to attention difficulties, social and family relationships, behavioral challenges, separation, loss and grief.

Elementary school aged group to assist children in emotional identification and regulation, while developing coping strategies through the utilization of theatre, music, art and movement. 8 week , 1 hour sessions, one time fee of 350.00. Sliding scale available as needed.
