From family struggles, relational challenges and financial stress, you often feel unheard, heavy-hearted, and powerless. With a history of trauma and PTSD, life feels heavy and overwhelming. It’s hard when fear and uncertainty take over—when you’re so worried about where life is going that it feels impossible to make a decision. Life doesn’t stop, even when you feel stuck, whether you’re over-functioning to keep it all together or shutting down to protect yourself (fight or flight). You deserve a relatable professional, trained to help you move forward with a sense of freedom so that you can rebuild and truly heal.
I treat PTSD and the depression and anxiety and the myriads of challenges that can come with it, I am here to help. I balance the experience of 9 years solely in trauma aftercare with the best of the soul and science of the work we will do. I specialize in trauma related challenges and have created a place where people can feel nurtured to heal.
I can help reduce impact of trauma in life changing ways by combining the science and soul of working with PTSD and related challenges.
