An Ideal client is a combination of personal qualities, therapeutic needs, and fitting with the therapist's style & approach. Therefore the client is easily motivated to change, is open to self-reflection, actively participates in the therapeutic process, and puts in the effort to make the changes. A client who is ready to partner with the therapist in developing a treatment plan to work towards their goals: such as actively exploring their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, self-discovery, & considering different perspectives. Also this will help the client to have comfort with the therapist who is providing a supportive environment.
There are specific methods and approaches used by psychologists & therapists to help individuals improve their well being and mental health. My specialties are Jungian Psychology, Art Therapy, Clinical Psych, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, & talk Therapy. There are many avenues to explore, and I'm interested in serving my client and their healing preference.
