I have been a counselor for 20 years. I strive to create a safe environment in which the client is able to explore and identify areas of their life that have been problematic. It is important to me to get to know my clients and meet them on a moment-to-moment basis and help by entering their world. My approach focuses on the person and assists in the growth process.
My areas of expertise and experience are treating a variety of different issues including Depression, Anxiety, Couples Counseling, Bipolar, Grief Issues, as well as Childhood problems such as ADHD, ADD, ODD, peer problems, suicidal ideation, and self harm. I work with children ages 7-18 and adults.
