I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Strength-Based and Motivational Interviewing.
Through using specific modalities tailored to individual needs, I am able to assist those in the process of overcoming mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, past trauma and daily stressors that effect day to day living.
