My primary mode of helping entails utilizing a psychoanalytic and relational framework. I have completed 2 years of psychoanalytic psychotherapy training and bring more than 13 years experience working with individuals with a vast range of internal and external challenges. I may utilize skills-based modalities if they prove useful to you.
I am passionate about psychotherapy, a little bit nerdy and whole lot cool, too.
