Hello, I am here to support your growth in relationships as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I utilize Cognitive Therapy for clients who need to recover from depression and anxiety, among other mental health issues. I work with motivated clients to improve their functioning and relationships. Client-Centered Therapy is my general approach to providing therapy. I’ve been licensed since 2005. I do more listening than talking, but I do provide clinical interventions. Therapy is for you to hear yourself talking out loud to figure out how you want to move forward in your life. If there’s a safety issue, I will become directive; otherwise, I’m here to support you.
