I received my Bachelor's degree (1995) and Master's degree (1999) in Social Work from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, currently known as Texas State University. I have inpatient, outpatient, emergency room and private practice experience specializing in Crisis Intervention and Acceptance Commitment Therapy all while working with children through the geriatric population.
In addition to being a LCSW, I am a Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Happiness Life Coach, Certified Life Purpose Coach, Certified Professional Life Coach and a Certified Goal Life Coach.
