I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I am licensed by the State of TN as a Professional Counselor and I am a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have over 25 years experience working with various issues such as depression, anxiety, abuse, life issues, marital/family, spiritual or substance abuse. I see Clients in person and online.
I utilize several different forms of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is an excellent form of therapy for any type of trauma, anxiety, grief, phobia or any situation where you feel "stuck" and cannot move forward. I also provide Christian Counseling if preferred.
