Stress, anxiety and depression are common human responses to difficult life events. Current research supports that therapy can help individuals better understand and move through these experiences. In my view there is great potential for healing at any stage in life. I acknowledge that a desire for depth and wholeness is universal - as is the need for meaning. I work mostly with adults, seniors, and family members experiencing adjustment to life changes; including work issues, adult children's struggles, retirement, and loss and grief. My experience and training includes work with the creative imagination, and guided imagery, as well as standard treatment methods such as CBT, RECT and Client-Centered strategies. Most of all, the emphasis is on an individualized approach to each unique person.
