I'm licensed in Addiction Counseling and Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and also trained in CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I've been in the Behavioral Health Field for 19 years.
I work with women and men who want to understand and change their addictive patterns to improve their health, relationships, and overall outlook on life.
I also work with Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA) and others who may have a loved one struggling with a substance use disorder, with the understanding that this common challenge impacts the whole family system.
