I work with adult (17+) individuals, couples, and groups in Minnesota. I specialize in co-occurring disorders, which means together we can treat your mental health concerns and/or your alcohol/substance use concerns during regularly scheduled sessions.
Please note you do not need to be "in the arts" to become a client (!) All are welcome here especially adults with visible and invisible disabilities, adults born beyond the United States, BIPOC, CODA, Indigenous/Native/Tribally enrolled adults, LQBTQIA+, and women. Human beings are my favorite.
