I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with children and families of diverse backgrounds. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental and open space for individuals of all ages to explore and address issues related to past and present challenges.
I address the specific mental health issues related to being a mother/father with the demands of today’s society and the impact that these demands have on our journey raising children. I provide guidance for families in supporting their own goals and concerns using a developmental, social and emotional lense.
I have experience working with substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, cultural and immigration issues, relational conflicts and school challenges.
