Hi, I'm Patricia! I am here to advocate for you and guide you through life's challenges. I create a space where you can be your authentic self without judgement and/or expectations.

I have a passion of working with those who identify as BIPOC, experience generational challenges, first generation experience, life transitions and with the Spanish speaking community.

I create warmth in the therapeutic environment and really focus on building a therapeutic relationship. I utilize a humanistic approach while also utilizing evidence based interventions.
