I have extensive knowledge and experience working with Adult Children of Dysfunctional families and people in the recovery community. I utilize mindfulness based interventions, EMDR, and Somatic Experience to work with layered trauma. I am also a meditation teacher and a Mindfulness educator. I have trained extensively with David Schnarch PhD. in Crucible Couples Therapy
