I am a licensed mental health therapist that specializes in providing individual therapy for a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, grief/bereavement, and loss. I work with clients to develop an individualized plan for long-term management of their psychological distress, anxiety and depression through lifestyle changes, stress management, and developing healthy coping skills.
