I’ve worked in mental health and addiction treatment for over two decades and offer support options for a vast array of challenges; from severe emotional and personality disorders to day-to-day struggles. My life's purpose is to help others reach their goals, navigate their struggles, and walk in their strengths.
I specialize in individual, couples, and family counseling with extensive experience in military and veteran therapy for active duty members and military dependents. As a Marine Corps wife, I raised my children in the Marine Corps culture, giving me a personal connection to the struggles, expectations, and rewards of military service.
