My passion is working with children, adolescents, and adults. In the counseling relationship, I view myself as a collaborator, advocate, and nurturer. I seek opportunities to better support and empower clients on their journey towards a more hopeful, healthier life. I have experience working with clients between the ages of 4 and 60. I do not provide custody evaluations and am not an expert witness as defined by the legal system.

I tend to be unstructured and client led, by pulling from various theories, I help clients identify problem areas and create more effective strategies to resolve issues. I find myself using cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, child-centered play therapy play therapy, and trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
