My emphasis is building a therapy experience that is uniquely for you and designed to help you achieve your goals. I practice from a relational standpoint, which means in therapy we create a profoundly significant relationship that focuses on you and your concerns. There is lots of back and forth discussion as we work, because a team is so much better at conquering problems than a person alone. Together we can face your challenges and overcome them, along the way finding that best person (or couple) that you want to be.

I am continuing expand the areas in which I work, but I do have strong experience working with individuals with bipolar disorder and have recently added significant experience working with dual diagnosed clients. In addition, I am very interested in working with couples and teens.

You can expect warmth, respect, and also hearing my opinion from time to time. Many clients find this lacking in therapists, but I believe our back and forth builds a much greater understanding of how you work and what you want to change. Through this relationship many people find their goals being met, just as I look forward to meeting you.
