About
If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, effects of trauma and other life stressors, congratulations of this first step of seeking professional care. I am here to help you ease these symptoms and steer you in the direction of the life you want you want to live. Additionally, if you have been impacted by abusive, critical, neglectful, invalidating and/or high expectation environments and want to shed the lifelong effects of these traumas, my approach may be an ideal match for you. We can use evidence based practices to identify and reduce the effects of these negative core beliefs.
I am well versed in the latest Evidence Based Practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, mindfulness and positive psychology). My specialties also include women's issues, positive psychology, body image, self-esteem, and the affects of gender stereotypical upbringings.
Reach out here and/or visit my website to learn more. You can book a free 15 minute consultation to find out if we are a good match. If we determine that we want to work together we can then discuss payment methods that include the option of purchasing a package of sessions. You and your mental health are the biggest and best investment you will ever make!
