I am committed to providing you with an exceptional and beneficial therapy experience to help you achieve your goals, and live a happier life. I offer both short term and long term counseling, and I provide telehealth sessions and, if requested, office visits when necessary.
I have many years of experience with individuals and families impacted with grief and loss. Loss of one's health, loss of a loved one, or loss of independence. It is all difficult and the supportive counseling I provide will help restore the feeling of well being we all need.
I understand the immediate needs that go along with a sudden life crisis. My schedule is flexible so that I can see new and existing clients when they need to be seen.
